The 6^th Pan-Hellenic Conference entitled: "CURRENT TRENDS IN THE FIELD OF LIPIDS" and aimed at sharing knowledge and experiences of Greek scientists working in the field of lipids. The HHF participated in the Conference. A. Trichopoulou and E. Peppa presented the following topics, respectively: "Nutritional Policy in Greece: The importance of the National Health and Nutrition Survey-Project HYDRIA" and "Use of Fats and Oils in cooking - results of the National Survey HYDRIA".
