Lecture at Gastronomic Science University in Pollenzo on The traditional Mediterranean diet paradigm: Mediteranean diet, health benefits and the role of traditional foods and sustainable diets.

The lecture was organized by Prof. A. Pezzana and attended by students and members of the faculty of the University. Dr Trichopoulou met also Dr Petrini and had fruitful discussion on the importance of traditional foods.
