BaSeFood is a collaborative research program funded by the European Commission within Theme 2: Food, agriculture and fisheries, and biotechnology of the Seventh Framework Programme.
Project Aim: The overall aim of the project is to develop a database of the Black Sea area traditional foods of plant origin. In this context the project promotes sustainable economic development, which is linked to the exploitation of traditional foods benefiting the involved producers and the consumer.
